Heaven or Hell? — Every Verdict Reaction (Spoilers)
Spoilers. No branching route map was found in the public assets checked. The build has StartPage, MainScene, and GameOver. GameOver shows a Final Report and the words Your score. Each soul stores two short reaction strings, EndingHeaven and EndingHall, plus a FinalDecision boolean. The lines below are paraphrases from that build, one source.
I opened this page expecting several endings, the way visual novels usually branch. The scene list is three names long. What changes is the one-line reaction after each stamp, then a single score. I am not calling FinalDecision the right answer. The itch page never defines it.
Two reactions per soul
These are short paraphrases of the build strings, not a transcript. Heaven is the left stamp. Hall is the name the itch page uses for the other door.
| Soul | If stamped Heaven | If stamped Hall | Flag |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mark | Smug: he says he already knew he belonged. | He breaks down and shouts. | true |
| Vincent | Offers to paint your portrait. | Begs you to change the stamp. | true |
| Eddie | Hopes the buffet is daily. | Gets angry at the verdict. | true |
| Lily | Calls the verdict fair. | Says she will speak to your boss. | true |
| Granny | Calls you a good child. | Asks how you could do this to her. | false |
| Bobby | Elated. | Cannot believe the stamp. | false |
| Layla | Asks who you are to decide. | Threatens you. | false |
| Nova | Thanks you. | Asks if this is really final. | false |
One source: the current HTML5 build’s text assets. Bobby’s name is also on the official screenshot. The flag is not an answer key.
The last screen is one number
After the eight files, GameOver shows Final Report and Your score. The formula that turns stamps into that number is not on the itch page.
The build mentions PlayerPrefs next to the score. That only shows a local save of a number. It does not show a hidden ending, a grade, or a threshold.
Questions
How many endings are there?
No separate branching story endings were found in the checked assets. It shows a per-soul reaction pair and one score screen.
Should I follow FinalDecision?
No. The field is undocumented. Playing from a table removes the game the jam shipped.
Can I undo a stamp?
The build has an object named Click to retry. Nothing public says that means you can reopen one soul. Treat a redo as unconfirmed.
