Why Guilty Gear Says “Heaven or Hell… Let’s Rock”
“Heaven or Hell” in this search is the announcer at the start of a Guilty Gear match, often followed by “Let’s Rock!” It is not the title of a separate game. EventHubs, on 19 Apr 2020, describes Strive’s intro: a line about mankind and society, then the classic “Heaven or Hell.”
I did not frame-step every game from 1998 to 2021. A video titled “Evolution of All Guilty Gear’s Heaven or Hell (Main Games) (1998-2021)” is the span I am willing to repeat, because the span is in the title. The first exact game that used the wording is not pinned down here.
When you hear it
It plays as the round begins, around the character entrances. Versions differ. A second video collects 24 variations from Guilty Gear X2. None of these sources call the phrase a subtitle of the series, and none tie it to a Black Sabbath song. That link is omitted.
The browser game with this name is Riyesaki Heaven or Hell?, a 2025 pixel novel with eight case files. The announcer line is only a match intro.

Questions
Is there a game called Heaven or Hell in this series?
No. The words are the callout. The free browser novel with the same words is a different work.
